Specifico DONNE/RAGAZZE perché attualmente siamo a condividere l’appartamento 2 ragazzi e 2 ragazze con 1 delle 2 ragazze in uscita e preferiamo mantenere questo equilibrio. Siamo 1 lavoratrice di 26 anni,2 lavoratori di 28 e 38 anni (cyber security, ambito finanziario e insegnante). L’appartamento è molto grande (150mq) e consta di cucina, bagno, sala da pranzo/ricreativa, 4 stanze da letto e 2 balconi. E’ tutto arredato con elettrodomestici quali: FRIGO, LAVASTOVIGLIE, LAVATRICE, FORNO, FORNO A MICROONDE, ASPIRAPOLVERE, FERRO DA STIRO, STOVIGLIE. 5 Piano con ascensore in condominio signorile. Zona fornita di tutto e molto tranquilla. Assoluta precedenza a studentesse/lavoratrici con obiettivo contratto transitorio regolarmente registrato di 12 mesi. PREZZO: 470 EURO con spese condominiali incluse (compreso quindi riscaldamento centralizzato). Escluse bollette di internet (wifi), luce e gas che verranno equamente divise tra le persone della casa. No a fumatori a meno che non siano spontaneamente disposti a fumare fuori dal balcone ( la stanza ha accesso al balcone).
