I rent a single room, we are in 2, a foreign student of Italian and me, the landlady, a teacher of Italian for foreigners and employed in a medical clinic.
The room is new and spacious, there is a bed on a wooden mezzanine, there is a big table, a microwave, an armchair, a chest of drawers and where to hang up dresses. The bedroom's window faces on a condominial garden. the bathroom is only shared with me. There is fast wi-fi.
The house is near Cornelia metro A station, in a quiet position. 15 minutes to the centre, 10 minutes to a Pinewood. Well connected with Lumsa, La Sapienza Città Universitaria, La Sapienza Architettura, Università Gemelli, Bioversity.
Nearby there are many shops, supermarkets, banks. post offices.
