This apartment is indeed located in Piazza Vittorio,

only a few walking minutes from "Palazzo Nuovo",

and at the very centre of Turin's mundane life!

This TWO-BEDROOM apartment consists of two shared bedrooms

(two bed in each room),

a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a wide 25mq terrace,

accessible from each bedroom.

UTILITIES (expenses) 235.- per person/month

Gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning,

final cleaning, WIFI connection, RAI fee, waste collection taxes,

Condominium Expenses, Administration Fees,

Contract preparation and definition costs, Stamp Duty

and Registration Taxes, Waste Collection Tax,

Damage Insurance, Boiler Depreciation, Appliance Depreciation,

Amortization of electrical and plumbing system costs, Furniture Renewal.

The price for staying in shared room nr.1

(this bedroom is without door, therefore it lacks privacy,

as people need to walk through it to get to other bedroom).

235.- RENT - BED UP So, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 470.-

245.- RENT - BED DOWN So, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 480.-

The price for staying in shared room nr.2

265.- RENT - BED UP So, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 500.-

IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT:

THE RESERVATION IS VALID ONLY AFTER

PAYMENT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT OF:

- Confirmatory Deposit (450.- euro)

(non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation);

- Guarantee (900.- euro).

(amount paid as a guarantee of the contractual conditions);

- Security Deposit (350.- euro)

(to guarantee any damage, defects or shortages)

If necessary, additional withdrawal from Guarantee

So, Total Deposits 1.700.-

All will be returned 60 days after the expected end of the agreed rental period,

except for unpaid fees, etc.

- the rent will be increased by 70.- euros for the first six months

(for heating and miscellaneous expenses management).

Consequently, the rent will be reduced by 70.- euros for the remaining months.

However, the cost of the rent for those who stay 12 months

remains the same: TOTAL DOES NOT CHANGE.

- for stays of less than 11 months, supplement fee each month 50.- euro per person.
