Florence city Center, Piazza Signoria, just a few steps away, behind Uffizi Museum very very central, small, cosy and comfortable apartment, quiet, for use by one person or two sisters/brothers/friends, double bed IN MEZZANINE and a single bed in the living room, furnished and equipped with everything except the washing machine (but there is coin laundry at few steps), air Conditioning. Its located on the first floor of a small quiet building from 16 century. We will make a regular contract of 4/ 6 month transitional and renovable. Cost 1200 euros per month including water consumption and wi-fi, electricity will be counted separately with a cash meter.
VERY IMPORTANT this studio apt its owned by my family that have a reastaurant around the corner, so for any kind of problems, needing, emergency you will never be alone, just ask!!
