I'm looking for Erasmus students. The house is large (4 rooms and 2 bathrooms), well furnished and bright, and has been recently renovated. It's in San Lorenzo, the university district of Rome, on the 5th floor with the elevator. In this flat, where I live, there are 4 rooms to rent and 2 bathrooms.
The area is well served with cinemas, markets, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants. The building is within walking distance from the bus, 15 minutes walk from metro stations (A-Piazza Vittorio, B-Policlinico), and train station (Termini and Tiburtina). The price is all included, also the wi-fi and a person cleaning the common areas once a week. The deposit is 1month.
NO Smoking and only girls
