Large single private room with private balcony, a double bed, a desk with chair, a sofa and a big TV screen to connect with your PC.
Nice and warm apartment fully furnished. In the apartment there is a kitchen with balcony, a big bathroom with 2 lavatory, shower and washing machine shared with another 2 girls.
WIFI included unlimited in the flat.
This is my room that sometimes I rent for few months to help girls who need a place where to stay during Spring/Summer months, as I live in another region.
The area is very closed to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. Close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club.
Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc.
